For Women and Girls

Understanding. Embracing. Thriving.

At Neurodiversify, we celebrate and support the unique ways neurodivergent women experience the world. Those who’ve felt overlooked, misdiagnosed, or misunderstood can feel seen and supported.

Our work is rooted in lived experience, community, and advocacy. Through curiosity, awareness, and a commitment to understanding diverse communication styles.

Our focus is on strengths, abilities, and interests, not just the challenges and barriers individuals may experience. By highlighting these positives, we help individuals and their support networks see things differently and discover new ways to thrive.

No formal diagnosis is required to access our coaching and support. We believe that self-identification is valid and acknowledge the many barriers to diagnosis that women face. Instead, we recognise that what matters is providing appropriate tools and frameworks to help each individual navigate and thrive.
